Santiago Álvarez de Mon is one of the most prestigious professors in the discipline of Management in Spain. A Professor of People Management at the IESE and honoured guest at many prestigious business schools, he is the author of several books including Con ganas, ganas (When You Want it, You Win It, Plataforma, 2010), Desde la adversidad: Liderazgo, cuestión de carácter (Out of Adversity: Leadership, a Question of Character, Pearson Educación, 2003). Álvarez de Món is a Doctor in Sociology and Political Sciences at the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and has a Law Degree by Universidad Complutense in Madrid. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics and Business Management in IESE.
