Jose Mari Azpiazu (1953) is a communications and marketing professional, mountaineer, expedition member and writer. He got his start in the mountains at an early age and has made important ascents and climbs in the Pyrenees, Picos de Europa and Alps. He is an organizer and participant in expeditions to the Andes and Himalayas.
