Covadonga O’Shea has degrees in Information Sciences and Philosophy and Literature from the Universidad de Navarra, and was editor of the magazine Telva from 1970 to 1997. She has worked with different media organizations including ABC, El País, El Mundo and El Correo Español, and written the books La armonía vital, Así piensa el Papa: 150 preguntas a Juan Pablo II, La brújula de la vida, La herencia de un santo, Un viaje a Tierra Santa, En busca de los valores and El lujo de elegir. She has given conferences in Spain, the USA and several European countries.
