Ramiro A. Calle, a pioneer in the teaching of Yoga and Orientalism in Spain, is the author of more than two hundred works. He is a great researcher of Buddha and his thought and is a master of Buddhist meditation and yoga. His work Grandes maestros espirituales won him the 2003 Premio Espiritualidad and he often appears in the media. He was an important promoter of the first medical-yogic research in Spain.
