Pilar Urbano (Valencia, 1940) is a prestigious journalist who has made interviews and column writing into an art form. Her books sell phenomenally well because she always carries out her research and writing work with only the reader in mind. Some of her previous books include: Yo investigué el 23-F (I investigated 23-F), El hombre de Villa Tevere (The Man from Villa Tevere), Yo entré en el Cesid (I entered CESID), Garzón: el hombre que veía amanecer (Garzón: the man who saw the dawn) and Jefe Atta (High Chief).
