Oscar Manresa (1962), born on the shores of the Mediterranean in a fisherman’s neighborhood, has been an entrepreneur, executive, pinche, cook and guitarist. But it was gastronomy that ultimately seduced him and took him to a market. At his restaurants such as La Torre d’Alta Mar, Casa Guinart or Casa Leopoldo, he has fed several generations from all over the world.
