Óscar García García

Óscar García García (1978, Madrid) is an independent curator and director of the PAC Contemporary Art Platform with a degree in art from the Complutense University of Madrid and a Specialist certification in Artistic, Cultural, and Collector’s Assets from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. After working in museums, art galleries, festivals, in the press, and as an independent curator from 2008 on, he founded PAC, a platform for the promotion and diffusion of contemporary art, where he works as General Director. He has written numerous articles for journals in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Alicante, and Panamá, as well as catalogues for art exhibits and two books. His educational activity includes conferences and lectures and his work as a professor of the History of Spanish Art at the University of Alicante as part of the CIEE (Council International Education Exchange) program. As curator and cultural promoter, he has organized and coordinated exhibits, fairs, and art festivals. An expert in urban art and social networks, he consults for foundations and businesses for their cultural and artistic endeavors.
