Miguel A. Delgado

Miguel A. Delgado (Oviedo, 1971) is a journalist, writer, scientific educator and film critic. A regular contributor to El Español, Yorokobu and Quo, he has also written for ABC, El Correo, La Razón, La Vanguardia and El País. He has been a professor of film at the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria and curated exhibitions about Frankenstein, Jules Verne and Nicola Tesla, dedicating his previous novel to the latter: Tesla y la conspiración de la luz (Destino, 2014). In his second novel, Las calculadoras de estrellas, he once more mixes science, emotion and history, focusing on the anonymous women whose work in the shadows drove some of the greatest ever advances in astronomy.
