With a Degree in Hispanic Philology, Maria Villalón was, at the age of 18, the winner of the first edition of X Factor in Spain. Thanks to them, she recorded two albums with Sony: Te espero aquí (I will wait for you here) and Los tejados donde fuimos más que amigos (The roofs where we were more than friends). After that experience, she began her adventure solo and recorded Historias de una cantonta (Stories of a silly singer girl).
