Juan Martorell (Madrid, 1947) has a degree in Science from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, where he worked as a professor in the Petrological Department. He left the teaching body to start a graphic design company. For seventeen years he was a co-editor of Bridge magazine. He is author of Satanael and La máscara maya (both published by MR Ediciones).
