Eduardo Barba Gómez is a gardener, researcher of plant life in works of art, a landscape painter, and a gardening instructor. His passion for the vegetal kingdom is as intense as his passion for art, which has led him to catalogue all the pieces on display in the Prado that show botanical details. He has also worked with the Lázaro Galdiano Museum and the Fine Arts Museum of Bilbao and has overseen the planting and maintenance of gardens in a number of countries.
