Antonio Campins Chaler

Antonio Campins, writer, gourmet and industrial designer, has developed his professional activity combining his work as a creator of original and innovative kitchen utensils with that of writer of specialized books on gastronomic subjects. He has created objects such as spoons, tweezers or even an olive hollower, products more focused on ingenuity rather than technology which seek to be different, attractive and useful. His main customers are high level chefs and caterings. He has designed products for Carme Ruscalleda, Freixa or Ferran Adrià, who asked him to create a spoon with holes in it, among many others. He claims that everything he does is genuine and, in fact, he has already patented a dozen gadgets like the “xupinox”, a stainless steel lollipop that removes the unpleasant odor of alioli (garlic sauce).
